All products sold at Dollar Store Supplies come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the package information or email us for further assistance.
Shipping Charges and Tax
Please note: Prices listed do not include sales tax or shipping fees. Dollar Store Supplies will collect the necessary taxes at checkout, and customers are responsible for covering any sales tax or other related charges on each order.
Delivery Terms
- We ship promptly based on product availability. Please call (818) 319-2445 for availability.
- Please inspect all items for damage when you receive them from the carrier.
- Shipping cost is only estimated for the continental USA when you order only. Actual shipping costs will vary, and you will be notified by email.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and charges.
- We are sorry that we cannot support international shipments. Please call for specific details.
- Dollar Store Supplies is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
Return Policy
- Please do not return without authorization from Dollar Store Supplies. Any return without authorization will be refused at your expense.
- Return merchandise is permitted within 30 days with the unopened box or unused merchandise and the buyer’s receipt of merchandise. There is absolutely no return or exchange on electrical parts. NO EXCEPTION. The customer must obtain the Return Authorization Number. Before shipping back, there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items, NO EXCEPTION. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Your account will be credited less any applicable charges.
- Please allow 7 to 10 days for refunds.
- All returned products must be sent via UPS or Fed-Ex and must be insured or by any other carriers that offer a tracking number, and insurance should be included.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders. All sales on special orders are final unless there is a mistake with your shipment.
